Sorry...false alarm.

Chapel Hill barbershop owner Charles Brown and Carrboro NAACP had a few deadends that needed to be clipped. Brown was stopped while walking from his Barber shop on the night of June 1st. Police mistakenly thought he was another guy they were looking for. NAACP said police humiliated Brown and accused police of racial profiling. However, Chapel Hill police said there was no such evidence. WELL DUH. The NAACP is not giving up and the investigation is still pending. This is simply ridiculous. Brown was obviously not the guy they were looking for so why, if he wasn't resisting arrest, embarrass him in front of people and risk his barber shop business in such a boastful manner? I understand they were on a mission to find this other guy but why risk someone's reputation who has done nothing wrong? I'm sure there were ways to prevent this without arresting him. Try asking him his name first before jumping the gun. On another note we all make mistakes- just don't make the same one twice. or can you?
