"Tarheels out to bounce back"...Sike.
Lets just say their springs weren't strong enough. There was no bouncing back Saturday afternoon at Kenan Stadium when the UNC football team faced Virginia. I have to admit I was pretty stoked to go to the football game after a devastating 24-7 loss last Saturday against Georgia Tech. I was ready for the heels to pull out a win...or even a touchdown. just one? Nope. not even one. The ending score was 16-3 and the game was a joke. The UNC crowd of fans stuck by the football team; we had more heart than they did for the game. Lets hope next week the football team shows up and plays with heart, instead of mud. uhh, mud? Yea. I have no idea where that came from. But you get the point.

Why do we have so much of a problem beating UVA?!? i don't understand. we ARE better than them. We lost last year at their house (mistake) and then they come to our house and beat us again. its just not fair.
ReplyDeleteMan I feel you! I personally did not even bother going to the game 'cause it was just too early for me, but like really?!?! lol I don't want to laugh I LOVE CAROLINA! But come on guys. They were MAD slack. All I know is they better get it together this weekend 'cause there's no way in hell i'm accepting a defeit from Georgia... I refuse ! GO HEELS!
ReplyDeleteLOL that's what I'm saying Lorelei. I was so close to not going because I actually woke up when the game started. (i had a long night haha) But I still managed to get close to the front. After that game I wished I wouldv'e stayed asleep!
ReplyDeleteI don't know what was going on at that game. It was HORRIBLE!?!?! Virginia is like the worse team in the country and we let them beat us??? I was very upset, and to make things worse, I got about 10 times darker watching them get beat1!!! It was not a good game at all, and I will definitely second guess going to the next one!!
